Dinner will be served at 8:15pm, accompanied by 4 wines carefully selected by the qualified sommelier to complement the different dishes. The menu is composed of three courses: a starter, main and dessert.  During the dinner, the wine expert will tell you all you need to know about the wines, in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.  Learn about the secrets of successful wine-tasting as you embark on a Tour of France, wine by wine. So make yourself comfortable and get ready for an epicurian adventure. Your evening will end on an uplifting note, with a chance to sample an after-dinner digestif. Various topics will be covered, including the secrets of champagne making, wine-tasting techniques, descriptive vocabulary, making sense of a French wine labels (the concepts of terroir and appellation), the major French wine-growing regions (grape varieties and styles), and advice about pairing food with the perfect wine.
